Many Thanks to All Those Who Supported Flowery Through the Annual Willie Bird Turkey Fundraiser!
For the past 5 Thanksgivings, Willie Bird Turkey has partnered with Flowery Elementary School by donating $1 for every pound of turkey sold by our school community. This is Flowery’s largest fundraiser of the year. Proceeds go directly to the Flowery PTO, which pays for the art and garden programs and field trips.
The Flowery community would like to thank everyone for their participation in the 2009 Willie Bird Turkey sale!
And a special thanks to Willie Bird Turkeys for supporting our magnificent school!

Durante los últimos cinco años en Acción de Gracias, la compañía Willie Bird Turkey se ha asociado con la Escuela Primaria Flowery y ha donado $1 por cada libra de pavo vendido por nuestra comunidad escolar. Este es el evento de recaudación de fondos más importante en Flowery. Many Flowery teachers use donorschoose.org to write proposals that describe our program and request funding for special classroom projects. Citizen philanthropists can read the proposals and make donations to the educational endeavors that are most compelling to them. Online Auction – We are considering holding online auctions where members of our community can view and bid on items from anywhere at any time. The proceeds go to the school for use in academic and extracurricular development programs.
